Barrett Classic Auto Show


Well my baby finally won an award (dubiously)! We attended the May 6, 2001 Barretts Classic Auto Show at Miramar Community College. It was a small show, probably 'cause the annual lowrider show was goin' on down the road at Quaalcom Stadium. In fact, the pix below are of EVERY car that was there! My coach was entered in the unrestored category...an' WE WON FIRST PLACE! Of course bein' the ONLY car in the category mighta helped a little. But hey, a wins a win, right! There were some bitchin' rides there that I woulda killed for. Especially that Satellite with the hemi! Hubba hubba! Ya can take the man outa the Mopar, but ya can't take the Mopar outa the man. 'Course I wouldn't pass on any of 'em. Hope ya dig 'em!
