"The history I was given about the car was that it was still in use by a small funeral home in Pa (original owners) until about 5 or so years ago. They had to upgrade to a newer car (80's) so this one had to sit outdoors. They reluctantly sold it to a horseback riding ranch in NJ that used it for a haunted Halloween thing. They put a casket in the back that they would drag out of the car and out popped some guy in horror makeup chasing the kids. They sold the car to me with 41,000 original miles on it. I've only had to do minor repairs on it so far. Steering box & brakes needed replacement, wide whitewall tires, glass pack exhaust system with flame thrower set up, had new original color curtains made, and dug up an old 1800's toe pincher coffin (one owner) at an antique sale for it. I have yet to install the fog machine for special effects and have a set of original Cadillac Sabre wheels that I'm going to paint purple with custom made skull center caps in the near future. I also have a '53 Miller Combo that I am not sure if I'm keeping yet. I will be sending several other pictures, one at a time as that's all I know how to do, so expect a few emails with the same heading. About 6 or so. Some shots in the cemetery was during a movie trailer filming I rented the car for. An independent film maker made this trailer to hawk to studios and film festivals to secure funding for the feature film." - John Wetzel
