Jer's '87 Eureka
Here's Jer Keaough an' his bitchin' new hearse.

"My hearse is a 1987 Cadillac Fleetwood/Eureka. I bought it from the great guys at www.4hearse.com

In Iowa, (Iowa City to be exact) some people are pretty put off by hearses. The thing that is so awesome about driving a hearse is EVERYONE stops and stares.

A friend of mine borrowed it to move house. I helped one day and those rollers sure come in handy.

I also took it to a car show after I first got it. Since I do not own a tent I slept under the stars till it rained. Threw my futon into the back and had a wonderful night.

The funeral signs in the first pic are not mine, but are owned by the guy that hosted the car show. I tried to buy them from him but he wouldn't sell.

I bought it for $1500.00. There is some wear on it. Midwestern winters are harsh on cars. I plan on fixing it up and I store it in the garage. 'Gladys' (I named the car after my dad's mother, (we call her the 'bitch-grandma') only comes out in the spring and summer, but I did make Gladys into a Halloween display. I was a huge hit and parents got out of their cars just to take a look."

Sounds like yer puttin' the "fun" back in funeral too!
