Mark's "Crypt De Ville"
Note: This is not Paul Bearer's "Cadillac Crypt De Ville". This is MARK's "Crypt De Ville". Two different cars. If yer lookin' for the other one go here. I might be biased, but I think this one's cooler!

This is Mark's '73 Superior-Cadillac endloader known as the "Crypt De Ville". He bought the coach in January 2002 an', after investin' over four grand into it, was able to put it on the road in April. Mark says the pic was taken in in a local cemetery on a warm spring mornin'.

"I bought my coach for $600 back in January and sunk about 5k into it (on a homeowner's budget mind you) I did all of the work myself...exhaust, brakes, complete valve job (heads done @ machine shop), carburator, transmission, hoses, belts, undercoating, tires, windshield re-seal, a good CD stereo system, recently a new rear bumper and a lot of small things.  But I love the coach and would sell blood/organs before I parted with it. I wanted one since I was 17 (30 now). The body is fair as there is only a little bit of very minor surface rust.  The vinyl top is like new.  Next summer I will be getting it painted black of course b/c the paint has cracks in a couple of spaces.

The looks I get while navigating my 9,000 pound beast around are amazing.  I've been yielded to, blessed, and asked a lot of traffic light questions with the most frequent and stupid one being "Oh my god is that a real hearse?"  But I like em all."

Pretty damned cool, Mark! Yer my kinda folk!
